Wasabi has the BEST food around! Premium quality food and excellent service. Their prices can't be beat either. Their rolls are a $1 less than any other restaurant in Lake City or Live Oak. The restaurant is very clean, the people who work there are very sweet and courteous, and the food is far better than anywhere else.

When I arrived at the restaurant, my order, including my sushi, was waiting by the cash register. My hibachi was not saying warm, and my sushi was not staying cool. The spring rolls were not warm at all. The chicken was over cooked.
